The staff at Mountainview’s Long Term Care unit is dedicated to enhancing the lives of the patients in their care. MMC provides a smooth transition for life in a long-term care setting. The patient is welcomed and a plan of care that fits their life-style, medical needs, and social desires is put into place upon admission. We achieve this by offering choices in activities both in and out of the facility, pet companionship, inter-generational programs and a resident designed dining menu. Personal choice is always encouraged. Family members are included in designing the best plan of care for patients.
The medical needs of the patients are met by our professional, loving, licensed staff twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Compassionate, caring certified nursing assistants provide for the daily needs of each of our patients. We strive to make this a home away from home.
